Plan Review

Find the corrections before the city does.

What a review is

Your drafter drew it, or you drew it, and you would rather find out now than in eight weeks. The set is read sheet by sheet against 35 written checks. You get the findings in the order a plan checker raises them, each with the code section behind it and the note or detail that closes it.

What you get back

  • A finding list, ordered by severity, each tied to a written rule
  • The code section for every item, so you can check the finding yourself
  • What that specific city has commented on before, where we have it on record
  • The correction itself where it is a drafting fix rather than a design decision

Where the checks come from

A written rulebook, revised as real correction letters come back. Anything a reviewer raises that the rulebook did not cover becomes a new check, so it cannot happen twice. The count on this page is read out of that rulebook by the script that builds the site, which is why it is a number rather than a claim.

Plan Review includes

  • Every finding tied to a written rule, never an opinion
  • Ordered the way a plan checker raises them
  • The code section and the note that closes each one
  • A resubmittal ready set, not a list of complaints

Talk about your project

An address and what you want to build is enough to start.

Already have drawings?

Upload your plans and find the problems before the city does.

We read your set against 35 written checks and tell you what a reviewer is going to raise, with the code section behind each one. It does not matter who drew it.
