Free plan check
Already have drawings?
Upload your plans and we will identify the permit and coordination problems a reviewer is going to raise, before you submit them. It does not matter who drew the set.
Read against 35 written checks
Each finding tied to a rule and a code section, never an opinion.
Before the city, not after
A correction letter costs weeks. Finding the same item now costs an afternoon.
In a reviewer's order
The findings come back in the sequence a plan checker actually raises them.
Whoever drew it
Your drafter, your contractor, another office, or you.
Prefer to score it yourself first?
The free X-ray asks twelve questions about your set and scores it against 26 of the 35 checks. It takes about two minutes and shows your score before it asks for anything.
What we look for first
Four out of the top five corrections are not engineering.
They are the set disagreeing with itself. A window schedule that says one thing and an elevation that says another. A wall type called out three ways on three sheets. A square footage that changes between the cover and the plan.
